Acquittal Secured for Client in Contract Fraud Case

Our client, Mr. Zhang, was investigated by public security authorities for contract fraud arising from a commercial cooperation dispute, with an alleged amount exceeding 2 million RMB. After our attorneys conducted an in-depth analysis of the contract performance and the underlying nature of the dispute, they successfully demonstrated that the case was a civil dispute rather than a criminal offense.

Case Result

The procuratorate accepted the defense opinion and issued a decision of non-prosecution. The client was released without a criminal record.

Over Ten Million RMB Recovered in Construction Contract Dispute

A construction company plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the developer for long-term non-payment of project funds, with the disputed amount exceeding 12 million RMB. After our attorneys organized the construction records and settlement documents, they lawfully claimed the project funds and overdue interest, ultimately recovering the full amount for the client.

Case Result

The court ruled in favor of all claims, ordering the defendant to pay the project funds and interest totaling over 13 million RMB.
